The road behind you may be empty, but the road ahead is open.

There are going to be times when you look back and wonder "what have I done with my life... have I made it worth my while, did I make a difference?" You may end up focusing on all the things that went wrong, or never happened and then start to think that it's not going to happen now or in the future either.

But just because you can look back and see emptiness, and even look forward and see emptiness there too, doesn't mean the entire road has nothing to offer. On the contrary, the open road ahead is full of possibilities! How do I know this? Because that's what fills up the emptiness that surrounds us... infinite possibility!

And besides, you're so busy looking around to notice that the road is NOT empty. ow do I know THAT? Because of YOU. YOU are on it. As long as the road has SOMETHING, it can't have NOTHING.

So stop looking for nothing... go boldly on the open road and let the world see that you really are SOMETHING.
